Shop Foreman
**Job Duties**
-Supervise and coordinate daily shop operations and personnel
-Ensure maintenance schedules are met with quality and efficiency
-Communicate Effectively with team members and management
-Maintain a safe and organized work environment
-Monitor inventory and ensure proper use of materials and tools
**Requirements**
-Must have experience with heavy equipment and trucks
-Diesel, electrical and hydraulic experience
-Welding experience isn’t required but is preferred
-Must have ability to lift 50+lbs
-CDL Class A is preferred
-5+ years of experience
Class A CDL
**Job Duties**
-Deliver job materials and equipment
-Haul dirt and debris from various job sites
**Requirements**
-Minimum for 3 years of driving experience
-Must be able to operate a manual transmission
-Must be able to drive a dump truck
-Must have a clean driving record
General Manager
**Job Duties**
- Oversee day to day operations
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
-Attract, hire train, evaluate and terminate employees as needed
-Implement strategies that achieve the goals of the organization
-Ensure projects are completed successfully, on time and within budget
-Be a strong mentor and lead by example
-Protect company assets
**Requirements**
-Minimum of 2 years of management experience in underground utility construction
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at one time
